Everything, especially the Entertainment Team.
- Breakfast time (the big buffet) until 10:00 a.m. is very short. - what I find really very very pity and not to understand (at ALL-INCLUSIVE hotel), why every person may have ONLY one beach towel per day, and for every second beach towel (change because the first is very wet) you have to pay 0,5 Euro. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with a few more options.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property, from the rooms to the pool areas. Hotel facilities were excellent as well, with multiple swimming pools and a well-equipped aqua park. We also appreciated the attentive staff, always willing to help with anything we needed. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy transportation to nearby attractions and a great selection of restaurants nearby.
No complaints - everything was perfect!

Great value and friendly staff. This was by far one of the best hotels I've ever been to! From the delicious food to the amazing staff, everything was amazing. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The location was great, and the beach and pool facilities were top notch. One of the best things about this hotel was the amazing value for what you get. I really enjoyed the spa services and the beautiful view. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel at home.
Noise levels and check-in issues. However, there were a couple of small downsides.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially loved the Indoor swimming pool and the Sauna, which were both very well, maintained. the Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also great places to unwind. the Beach access was a nice touch, and we loved being able to relax and take in the beautiful views. the Spa lounge was a great place to grab a drink and relax, and the Turkish bath and Aqua park were other great amenities that we really enjoyed. the Garden area was beautiful and well, manicured, and we loved spending time there. The Entertainment was top, notch, and we had a great time at the Night club. Cons: the only small issue we had was that the Buffet breakfast could have had more fruit options. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My family and I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The food was amazing, with different menus each day to keep things interesting. The beach was also close by and well-maintained. We were impressed by the availability of a 24-hour clinic and the prompt response from the doctor when my daughter needed medical attention. The kids' activities were a hit, keeping them busy and entertained. We are already planning to visit again, and we hope for a direct route with Qatar Airways. I highly recommend this hotel.
The WiFi signal was weak, and the night shows could be improved.

We had a great time during our Christmas break in this hotel. the pools were very inviting and we enjoyed going there every day. the food was delicious and we had different options to choose from. the location was ideal because we were able to explore different parts of the city easily. We also appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the staff.
There were some aspects that we did not like. the indoor pool was closed most of the time which made it hard to swim when it rained.
